First of all, no one ever stops at just ~one~ truffle. And why would you? They’re delicious. Chocolate Truffles are known to be a kind of chocolate confectionery. Don't let that scare you off though, truffles are healthy! I mean, they great for those on the keto and paleo diet.
Truffles are easily the simplest candy to make, all you need is cream, chocolate, and some time! Fret not, you don't need that much time. Really. Before you know it, you'll have your hands on the most delicious and decadent sweets (something that your significant other will surely appreciate!)
Make sure you use high quality chocolate, one that has 70% cacao or higher. Try to use an organic cream as well. When it comes to storing Chocolate Truffles, you can keep them in the fridge for up to two weeks. After, you just need to bring them to room temperature before chowing down.
So go ahead, celebrate a little and treat yourself with some truffles, question is: will you top them with sea salt, cocoa or even more chocolate? Wait, did we forget to mention that you don’t even need to turn the oven on to create this masterpiece?

Save the truffles in the refrigerator, especially during the hot summer months.
